This policy explains how refunds work for GEOlikeaPro paid subscriptions. Our goal is to make cancellations and refunds straightforward.
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Growth or Scale) and decide within 14 days of your first payment that GEOlikeaPro is not right for you, email support@geolikeapro.com from the address on your account and we will refund that first payment in full - no questions asked.
After the first 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current month. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
If a significant service outage or defect prevents you from using the paid tier for 48 or more continuous hours, we will issue a pro-rata refund on request, covering the affected days. Email support@geolikeapro.com with the dates affected.
If you were charged twice for the same month, charged after cancellation, or billed at the wrong tier, we will refund the error in full within 5 business days of confirming it. Email us with your order reference and we will take care of it.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve valid refund requests directly and quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account termination and a permanent block on future purchases.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and/or Paddle, both acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through the same processor that handled your original transaction. Where this policy and the processor's default refund terms differ, this policy governs.
