Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GEOlikeaPro ("the Service") at geolikeapro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GEOlikeaPro is a web-based software-as-a-service product that helps website owners improve their content's visibility in AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and similar). It provides tools including FAQ schema generation, quote extraction, AI-crawler accessibility auditing, and brand-mention analysis.
3. Accounts
To access paid features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the Service with automated requests
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or paywalls
5. Subscriptions and payment
GEOlikeaPro offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Growth at $29/month and Scale at $79/month). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (primarily Paddle, with Lemon Squeezy as a fallback - both act as Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you authorize the processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by the processor.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund terms, including a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers, are described in our Refund Policy.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI) to analyze and generate content. AI outputs are probabilistic, may contain inaccuracies, and should be reviewed by you before use. We make no warranty that AI-generated suggestions will improve your search rankings or AI-assistant visibility.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by the operator of GEOlikeaPro and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains your property; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Public badges. You may turn an audit into a public badge that you can embed on your website or share on social media. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and serve that badge page for as long as it is published; you can revoke it at any time by removing the badge. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public - for example, do not publish a query that exposes another person's personal data. Badges must not be used to make misleading or defamatory claims about competitors, or to infringe third-party trademarks. We may remove a badge that breaches these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, AI-assistant visibility improvements, or ranking changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEOlikeaPro and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing support@geolikeapro.com to request account deletion.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
